Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Prince William County: Join our team of professionals! We are an extremely service-oriented and client-focused non-profit organization supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Greater Prince William area. The Arc of Greater Prince William/INSIGHT, Inc. is currently seeking talented, experienced, dedicated, and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses. Hourly position $28.50-$30.00/hour. This schedule is every Sunday 2p-10p at a group home located in Manassas, VA 20112 and can be combined with other openings.
  

BRIEF DESCRIPTION: but not limited to; provide nursing services to all individuals in the INSIGHT program that require nursing support, provide guidance and direction to staff on health issues and provide health related education to staff who provide supports to individuals enrolled in the INISGHT programs.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS for LPN: Candidates must have experience with intellectual and developmentally disabled individuals, physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., a license to practice, and must be flexible. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent computer skills. Ability to pass and maintain required trainings such as CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration (MAT), Medicaid Waiver, Human Rights, OSHA and Van Training. Criminal and Child Protective Services Background investigations conducted for all employees; must meet state of Virginia employment eligibility requirements. A valid Virginia Driver/s license, a licensed U.S. driver with a minimum if THREE (3) years driving experience in the United States. Driving record must meet agency’s vehicle insurance carrier requirements, the ability to attend and pass onsite training classes within the first 30 days of hire.
