For heavy-duty positions, a Class A CDL is required, but if you're new to the field, don't worry-we're ready to train you.

Responsibilities
• Operate heavy-duty Class A and light-duty Class D tow trucks to safely transport vehicles to designated locations.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on tow trucks to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Respond promptly to dispatch calls, providing timely and efficient towing services to our valued customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers, offering reassurance and clarity during potentially stressful situations.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies, ensuring the safety of yourself, your team, and the public.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate towing operations and improve service delivery.
• Document and report any incidents or issues encountered during towing operations to the management team promptly and accurately.
Qualifications
• Experience preferred, but willing to train. Heavy-duty candidate must have a Class A CDL.
• Must pass a DOT medical test and a background check and must have a clean driving record.
