Job Description

Position Overview 

We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Showroom Coordinator to support the daily operations of our custom closet showrooms. This role is essential in creating a welcoming, polished environment for clients while supporting our design team and ensuring the showroom consistently reflects our brand standards. 

Key Responsibilities 

Showroom Operations 

  • Open and close the showroom in accordance with scheduled hours 

  • Maintain overall cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the showroom 

  • Ensure displays, samples, and materials are properly stocked and visually appealing 

  • Conduct routine walkthroughs to ensure showroom readiness at all times 

Customer Experience 

  • Greet and assist walk-in clients in a friendly, professional manner 

  • Provide an overview of products, materials, and showroom displays 

  • Answer questions and help guide clients through the showroom experience 

  • Capture and route customer inquiries or leads to the appropriate designer 

Team Support 

  • Assist designers during in-showroom client appointments as needed 

  • Prepare materials, samples, or workspaces for client meetings 

  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the design team 

  • Support the Customer Liaison team by fielding and scheduling new leads 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications 

  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or showroom environments preferred 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 

  • Professional appearance and demeanor 

  • Highly organized with attention to detail 

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment 

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Interior Design or home-related background 

  • CAD knowledge and/or experience
