Job description

Multi-Family Grounds and Interior Maintenance Technician Job Summary:
As a Multi-Family Grounds and Interior Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of both the outdoor areas and the interior spaces of four multi-family residential buildings. This position requires a diverse skill set, including grounds maintenance, cleaning, and general property maintenance tasks. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe, pleasant, and well-maintained environment for residents and visitors.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a vehicle capable of daily transport of maintenance tools, equipment, and materials between five property locations.
- Must be available to respond on-site to emergency lockout notifications in Ballard within 20 minutes if building manager is unavailable.
1. Landscaping and Exterior Cleaning:

- Maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees.
- Prune and trim bushes and hedges.
- Remove weeds and maintain clean, well-defined planting beds.
- Monitor and maintain the irrigation system.
2. Exterior Cleaning and Maintenance:

- Perform routine inspections to identify and address issues, including painting, power washing, and repairs.
- Remove litter and debris daily.
- Empty outdoor trash cans and replace liners as needed.
- Assist with snow and ice removal during winter months.
- Roll dumpsters in and out for trash collection as required.
Interior Maintenance and Cleaning:
