Job description

Friends University seeks a qualified individual to join the Fine Arts Division as a part time Auditions Coordinator in Wichita Kansas. This position will coordinate on-campus audition days, including any group visits that result in an audition. Reporting directly to the division chair for fine arts, this position will process audition results and coordinate distribution of award letters. Additionally, this individual will accompany faculty visits to area schools, organize and record off-campus auditions, articulate and develop connections with area community colleges, and provide analysis of recruiting data over time. Holidays are not paid; work during university breaks will be on an as needed basis. Applications will close on July 31 with an anticipated start date of August 24, 2026.

Willingness to travel within the Wichita metro (40 mile radius) one to two times weekly; travel for longer distances one to two times monthly and may occasionally involve an overnight stay.
