Job description

Part-Time Direct Support Caregiver (DSP) | St Charles, MO

$21-$23/hour | Monday-Friday | 4:30 PM-8:00 PM

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring an experienced Direct Support Caregiver to provide one-on-one care for a client in St. Charles, MO. If you have prior direct support or in-home caregiving experience and are passionate about helping others live safely and independently, we'd love to meet you.

Preference will be given to caregivers who reside in St. Charles to support reliable attendance and a convenient commute.

This is a consistent part-time opportunity with dependable weekday morning hours.

Schedule
  • Monday-Friday
  • 7 am to 9:15 am
Pay & Benefits
  • $21-$23 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on assistance with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Assist with mobility and transfers

  • Perform light housekeeping, including laundry and general tidying
  • Help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment
Qualifications
  • Prior direct support, DSP, or professional caregiving experience required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable vehicle with current insurance
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening
