We strive to make our patients feel at home while offering knowledgeable guidance in a relaxed office setting. From the moment you walk into our office, you’ll receive the kind of individualized, attentive treatment that you deserve.

What we’re looking for:

This is a great opportunity – starting out as part-time (2-3 days a week/flexibility). We are a brand-new office, with start-of-the-art equipment and looking to grow in the area. There is great potential in the region for an Audiologist. If you are someone who wants to be part of the big-picture of a Private Practice, helping to bring patients in, participating in community outreach, getting your name/the name of the practice to Doctors in the area – this position is for you! There is potential for you to become a partner or purchase the practice in time as well! Are you looking to get your feet wet, grow a practice and become the sole owner? We would love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments to evaluate hearing issues, including follow-up care with adult patients.

  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and needs.

  • Provide counseling and education to patients and their families regarding hearing health.

  • Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.

  • Stay updated on advancements in audiology practices and technologies.

  • Manage a front office staff and monitor billing and insurance issues.

What You’ll Need:

  • VT Hearing Aid/Audiology Licensure or eligible to obtain.

  • Great counseling skills and follow-up care.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to provide exceptional patient service.

  • Work independently as well as with a team.
