Job description

Honda North, an International Cars, Ltd., Inc company, is looking for a part-time Receptionist. The principal function of the Receptionist is to provide excellent customer service by answering/transferring phone calls, cashing out customers, and assisting management as requested.
ICL is employee owned and proud of our dealerships: Honda North, 1 North Pre-Owned and KIA North in Danvers MA, Dover Honda & Dover Chevrolet in Dover NH, Porsche of Stratham, Audi of Stratham and Honda Stratham in Stratham NH and Portsmouth VW in Greenland, NH.

Responsibilities:
  • Hours for this position- Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 3:30pm- 6:30pm
  • Answer phone calls in a customer-friendly manner and successfully route them as necessary
  • Receive customer payments and close out Service Repair Order and Parts Invoices
  • Receive customer deposits from the Sales and Finance departments
  • Maintain a welcoming environment by keeping a neat and clean reception area
  • Spreadsheet data entry and log keeping using Excel
  • Handles special clerical and accounting projects as instructed by the Accounting Manager
  • Support other administrative positions as requested

Requirements:
  • Professional presentation and customer-friendly attitude
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a motor vehicle record acceptable to ICL Insurance Company requirements.
