Front Desk Check-In Coordinator

We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and energetic Front Desk Check-In Coordinator to join our busy ophthalmology practice. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Position Overview
This role is a key part of our front office team, supporting a busy clinic with four providers. The ideal candidate is organized, positive, detail-oriented, and works well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in patients in a high-volume clinic
  • Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently
  • Verify and check insurance information
