Are you looking for a rewarding part-time job with a respected beverage distributor? Harrington Bottling Company, a proud Pepsi bottler, is seeking an energetic and dependable Retail Store Merchandiser to join our team in Butte, Montana.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working independently, building relationships with retail customers, and helping create eye-catching product displays. If you have experience in retail merchandising, beverage merchandising, stocking shelves, route sales support, inventory management, customer service, grocery merchandising, or retail operations, we encourage you to apply.
As a Merchandiser, you will play a key role in ensuring our beverage products are fully stocked, properly displayed, and presented to maximize customer satisfaction and sales. You will work with local retail accounts, maintain organized inventories, and help represent some of the most recognized beverage brands in the marketplace.
What You'll Do
In this fast-paced retail merchandising role, you will be responsible for stocking, rotating, and merchandising beverage products throughout assigned stores. Daily responsibilities include moving products from store backrooms to shelves, coolers, displays, and sales floors while maintaining attractive and organized product presentations.
You will also build and maintain promotional displays, organize back stock, install shelf tags and signage, rotate inventory for freshness, and provide outstanding customer service to store managers and retail staff. This position offers the opportunity to identify sales opportunities and communicate them to the sales team while strengthening customer relationships.
Routes may include local and occasional out-of-town accounts depending on customer demand and business needs.
Qualifications
To succeed in this position, candidates should possess a strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent customer service skills.
Requirements include:

This position involves frequent movement throughout retail stores, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, handling product inventory, and working in backroom storage areas. Responsibilities may include lifting, carrying, moving product carts, climbing stairs, and working in various retail environments.
