Job Title: Rewards Club Representative (varied shifts/part-time only)
Department: Marketing
Reports To: Rewards Club Assistant Manager
Summary
Creates a welcome and entertaining environment for guests by providing prompt, courteous and professional customer service at all times. Greet guests at the Player Rewards Club, learn names of repeat guests and greet them by name.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Maintains an upbeat personality for interactions with all guests and fellow employees.
  • Remains at scheduled and assigned areas, politely greeting and directing guests.
  • Demonstrates through knowledge of all policies and procedures as they pertain to the Player Rewards Club.
  • Promotes and keeps abreast of; Rewards Club, entertainment, games, drawings, promotions and eating establishments at both properties. Engage with the guest to let them know what is going on
  • Is motivated in becoming familiar and maintaining rapport with guests by remembering names and small details about them.
  • Exercises appropriate discretion in identifying situations that require management attention.
  • Possess general knowledge of the various games throughout the casinos.
  • Strive for 90% complete and accurate rating when handling guest accounts and imputing personal information.
  • Understands the importance of the guest information as it effects other departments/reporting in the enterprise.
  • Use database tools to perform daily duties involving Player Rewards Club i.e. sign-ups, address updates, making players cards, guests account inquiries, email acquisitions etc....
  • Required to get new sign ups on the casino floor when tasked to do so.
  • Follow assigned tasks from Rewards Club Leads and will follow the leads guidance and mentoring.
  • Responsible for the enforcement of all applicable regulations, under the code of Federal Regulations, Title 31, Chapter X, as it pertains to this position. This includes, but not limited to, observing and reporting suspicious activity, of either customers or employees, as defined in the Code of Federal Regulations.
  • Responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all applicable regulations under the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 31, Chapter X, by attending Title 31/Anti-Money Laundering training, provided by Casino Arizona, at least once a year or more if required by management and outlined in the Title 31 Minimum Internal Controls.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; prior customer service related experience required; casino experience preferred but not required.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have good PC skills and knowledge of Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
Other Qualifications
Must have general knowledge of; casino games, rules, procedures and regulations pertaining to casino operations. Must have an upbeat and friendly personality and present a well-groomed appearance. Must be willing and able to; work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays.
Language Skills
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand for prolonged periods of time; walk; use hands and fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to secondary smoke. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
