Love the water? Passionate about helping others grow confidence in the pool? The YMCA is looking for energetic, caring Swim Instructors to join our Aquatics Team! This is more than a part-time job-it's a chance to make a real impact while doing something you love.
No Experience? No Problem!
We'll train you! Get paid to learn the YUSA swim curriculum, shadow experienced instructors, and earn certifications with full support along the way.
What You'll Do:
As a Swim Instructor, you'll:
  • Teach swim techniques to children and adults of all skill levels
  • Lead group and individual lessons using the YUSA swim progression
  • Promote water safety and help swimmers build lifelong confidence
  • Work with all ages-from babies in Parent/Child classes to adult learners
  • Assess skills and provide encouraging, personalized feedback
