Position Overview: 

As an Automotive Tire Technician (Part-time( at Hogan Tire and Auto, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while working collaboratively with our team. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals who embody a positive attitude, have a strong drive for learning and improvement, and value teamwork and customer satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Effective communication with customers and store team members

  • Openness to learn and perform basic general service maintenance tasks, including oil changes, fluid checks, brake inspections, tire inflation, and other preventative maintenance services. 

  • Ability to perform tire repairs, including patching, plugging, replacement and balancing, while adhering to proper torquing procedures that follow manufacturer specifications. 

  • Embrace the onboarding process and continual training using mobile learning management systems, POS (Point of Sale) operating system, and lead-follow mentoring on service procedures, safety protocols, and operating processes.
