Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine rounds, and remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will support daily operations through strong communication, customer service, and teamwork while bringing a reliable, agile, innovative approach and acting with integrity in every interaction.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to the appropriate contacts.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, verify access permissions when required, and assist with visitor, vehicle, and/or contractor screening in accordance with post orders and site procedures.
  • Support daily operations by communicating with site personnel, following incident reporting protocols, and helping with traffic flow, restricted area monitoring, and other assigned security-related duties.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
