Caregiver Requirements
  • Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Valid Driverโ€™s License
  • Clear Background Check & Drug Screen
  • One Year of Caregiving Experience
  • CPR/First Aid Certification
  • Negative TB Screening within the past 12 months

Caregiver Responsibilities
  • Companionship (reading, talking, games, crafts)
  • Light Housekeeping
  • Grooming Assistance (dressing, brushing teeth, shaving)
  • Medication Reminders (no administration)
  • Transportation (appointments, shopping, outings)
  • Documentation of Activities (ability to document shift details electronically)
