Our confidential, 100% dentist-owned private dental group is seeking an Orthodontist to join a growing orthodontic program in Reno, Nevada.

This is much more than a few supplemental days.

We are actively growing our Reno pediatric dentistry program and expect to build the orthodontic schedule alongside it-starting with 2-3 clinical days per week and targeting approximately 4 days per week within the next nine months.

You'll also have opportunities to provide orthodontic care at satellite locations throughout the region.

• $1,500 guaranteed per clinical day
• Plus $100 for every new orthodontic start

We're building an increasingly integrated pediatric and orthodontic model that creates a natural internal pipeline of families, consultations, and orthodontic starts.

Begin with approximately 2-3 days per week in the Reno market.

Our goal is to grow the core pediatric office-based orthodontic program to approximately:

4 clinical days per week

In addition to the primary Reno schedule:

• Approximately 2 satellite days per month at our South Reno location
• Potential to eventually add 1-2 days per month at our South Lake Tahoe location
• Additional clinical days may be added as patient demand continues to grow

For the right Orthodontist, there is significant runway here.

One of the biggest advantages of this opportunity is where the orthodontic patients come from.

We are actively growing our Pediatric Dentistry program in Reno, creating an increasingly strong internal pipeline for:

• Orthodontic screenings
• Early orthodontic intervention
• Comprehensive orthodontic consultations
• New starts
• Sibling and family referrals
• Long-term patient relationships

That is supplemented by referrals from our General Dentistry network.

Instead of asking an Orthodontist to arrive in a new market and develop referral relationships from scratch, we're building the infrastructure and patient base around you.

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an accredited Orthodontic residency program
• Active Nevada dental license or ability to obtain one
• Excellent patient and parent communication skills
• Collaborative approach to working with Pediatric Dentists and General Dentists
• Commitment to clinical excellence and patient experience
