Ken Ganley Toyota Akron is looking for a friendly, organized Service Appointment Coordinator to answer inbound calls, schedule service appointments, assist customers with their service needs, and help keep our busy service department running smoothly.

Whether you've worked as a receptionist, customer service representative, appointment scheduler, BDC representative, call center agent, or in another customer-focused role, we'd love to hear from you. If you enjoy helping people, communicating over the phone, and staying organized, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of Northeast Ohio's leading automotive dealerships while building valuable customer service and dealership experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming service calls professionally and courteously
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm customer service appointments
  • Assist customers with basic service questions and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Maintain accurate customer information in the dealership CRM
  • Follow up with customers regarding upcoming appointments as needed
  • Work closely with Service Advisors and the Service Department to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Deliver outstanding customer service on every interaction


Qualifications: 

  • Previous customer service, receptionist, appointment scheduling, BDC, or call center experience preferred but not required – training is provided
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software
  • Positive, dependable, and team-oriented
  • Ability to work the required schedule, including Saturdays
