Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent responsible for handling lead volume primarily through inbound calls, with a focus on meeting Quality Assurance Requirements and achieving key performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle lead volume primarily through inbound calls (no cold calling).
  • Follow communication scripts, prompts, and call flows for various topics.
  • Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics.
  • Identify customer needs and clarify information for Call Center Agents.
  • Seize opportunities to transfer calls immediately or schedule appointments, where applicable.
  • Build sustainable relationships by interacting in a professional and caring manner.
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database comprehensively.
  • Meet personal, team, and site call transfer targets.
  • Handle inbound calls all day, every day.

Qualifications
  • Licensed in Personal Lines in home state.
  • 3 years of sales insurance experience.
  • Embrace the latest technologies available.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills and basic software packages.
  • Intermediate to expert computer acumen.
  • Remote work environment - must have a distraction-free/private workspace with reliable internet access.
  • Property & Casualty license is a plus.
