Kiwi Kids ABA-Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Pay: $23.00 – $29.00/hr (based on experience & certification)

Join our dedicated team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and become a vital part of transforming lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions. In this role, you will work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder, to promote positive behavior change and skill development. Your energy, compassion, and commitment will help foster independence and improve quality of life for those you serve. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your skills in behavioral therapy and teaching within a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision

  • Teach communication, social, and daily living skills

  • Use positive reinforcement to support behavior change

  • Collect simple data to track progress

  • Support independence with ADLs as appropriate

  • Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality
