BMW of Peabody, part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, is looking for a part-time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our dealership. In this role, you'll be an important part of our team-greeting customers, answering calls, and helping create a positive first impression. Pay Rate: $18/hr.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 3pm-6pm and Saturday 8am-5pm


In this role, you will:

  • Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Answer telephone lines in a courteous manner
  • Count money in drawer at the beginning & end of shift
  • Run credit card closing reports & prepare deposit for accounting
  • Receive repair orders and payment from customers
  • Receipt sales deposits/COD
  • Scan & file documentsย 
  • Receive & distribute mail
  • Other tasks assigned by the management team
