About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Group Therapist (Part-Time) to join our team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional group therapy and support our mission to improve mental health outcomes. You will play a key role in guiding patients through their therapeutic journeys, fostering resilience and self-efficacy. Key Responsibilities

  • Focus on Outcomes: Deliver evidence-based group therapy using practices such as DBT, CBT, and ACT to help patients build tools for long-term mental health.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with clinicians, case managers, and external providers to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Maintain comprehensive treatment plans, ensure accurate documentation, and adhere to HIPAA and all relevant compliance regulations.
