Join our dynamic team here at State Farm- Jessica Yeatman Agency as an Insurance Sales and Customer Service representative, where your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive client engagement and foster lasting relationships. In this role, you will actively promote insurance products, assist customers with their insurance needs, and deliver exceptional service that exceeds expectations. Your energy and proactive approach will help clients navigate their insurance options confidently while ensuring they receive personalized support every step of the way. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach, to identify insurance needs and present tailored solutions
  • Conduct thorough analysis of customer requirements to recommend appropriate insurance products, ensuring clarity and transparency in all communications
  • Negotiate terms and coverage options with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining compliance with industry regulations

This is a Part-Time/ In-Office position (16-24 hours per week)
Position pays hourly base + monthly sales commissions.
Office Hours are M/T/W/F. Closed Thursdays
All team members will be required to obtain Auto, Fire, Life & Health Insurance Producers Licensing. We will help!
Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
