We are a growing insurance agency specializing in commercial lines coverage for contractors and businesses. We pride ourselves on providing responsive service and building strong client relationships. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team and grow with us.

Position Summary:
This is an entry-level position ideal for someone looking to start a career in the insurance industry. The Certificate Specialist supports our commercial lines team by assisting with Certificates of Insurance (COIs), policy updates, and day-to-day client service tasks. No prior insurance experience is required—we are willing to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with issuing Certificates of Insurance (COIs) accurately and in a timely manner
  • Review basic certificate requests and ensure information is entered correctly
  • Support account managers with policy updates and endorsements
  • Maintain organized records and assist with tracking certificate requests
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email to gather necessary information
  • Provide general administrative support to the commercial lines team
  • Learn insurance coverages and agency systems through on-the-job training

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
