Email & Workflow Management-

  • Maintain organization within accounting department inboxes
  • Create filters, rules, labels, and workflows to improve email management and reduce missed items
  • Ensure requests, approvals, and follow-ups are tracked appropriately

  • Reporting & Analysis
Assist with financial reporting and data analysis
  • Investigate discrepancies, recurring errors, and operational inefficiencies
  • Support reporting across multiple locations and departments
  • Help maintain accurate records related to gift cards, promotions, and other operational liabilities

  • Process Improvement & Automation
Identify opportunities to streamline repetitive or manual processes

  • Assist with various accounting department and operational support tasks as needed
  • Collaborate with spa directors and operations leaders to gather information and resolve issues

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Professional written communication skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and shifting priorities effectively

Preferred

  • Experience supporting payroll processing
  • Experience in multi-location or fast-paced operational environments
  • Familiarity with accounting systems such as NetSuite or QuickBooks

- Opportunity to help improve and scale operational systems within a growing company

BEFORE YOU APPLY
