Part-Time School BCBA (Now – End of School Year)

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time, in-person school-based position covering a leave from now through the end of the school year.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: 10–15 hours per week
  • Duration: Immediate start through End of School Year (EOSY)
  • Setting: In-person only (school-based)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide supervision and guidance to one Behavior Technician (BT)
  • Support implementation of an existing short-term behavior plan
  • Collaborate with school staff to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Experience in school-based settings preferred
  • Strong skills in assessment, intervention planning, and staff supervision
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
