Redefined Behavioral Health & Wellness / Redefining Empowerment Center is seeking a friendly, organized, professional, and dependable individual to join our growing team as a Part-Time Administrative Coordinator / Receptionist for our Reynoldsburg office. Monday-Thursday from 9am-3pm

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, multitasking, and creating a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist clients, guests, and staff
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Assist with onboarding and administrative paperwork
• Maintain office organization and professionalism
• Data entry and document management
• Support meetings, events, and daily office operations
• Assist leadership team with administrative tasks
• Help maintain confidentiality and a welcoming office environment

Qualifications:
✔ Administrative, receptionist, or office experience preferred
✔ Strong communication and customer service skills
✔ Professional demeanor and positive attitude
✔ Organized with attention to detail
✔ Comfortable using email, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
✔ Reliable transportation
✔ Ability to work in person in Reynoldsburg, Ohio
