Location: Yelm, Washington
Assignment Dates: September 9, 2026 – June 10, 2027
Schedule: Part-time, 7.5 hours per week, on-site only

Position Overview

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide school-based services during the 2026–2027 school year. This is a part-time, in-person position supporting a student caseload of approximately 35–40.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
Active Washington DOH Physical Therapist license
• Current ESA certification
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and consultative physical therapy services
• Complete evaluations and assessments
• Develop and support IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams
• Maintain required documentation and progress records

Screening Requirements

• District onboarding and credential verification
• Background check and fingerprint clearance
• Fingerprinting through OSPI must be completed before starting
