The Role at a Glance

Our Athletic Department is seeking a dynamic, part-time Athletic Coordinator to run sports programs that teach a foundational, recreational joy of participating in team sports. If you love being around energetic elementary and middle-school-aged kids and want to make a tangible difference, you've come to the right place!

  • Pay Range: $21.00/per hour
  • Schedule: Part-time (Evenings and Saturdays)
  • Target Audience: Working directly with youth from Kindergarten through Middle School
What You'll Do
  • Engage & Enrich: Deliver fun, high-energy sports enrichment programming directly to local youth.
  • Build Foundations: Teach the fundamentals of teamwork, sportsmanship, and the joy of staying active.

  • Athletic Coordinator position, in Bellingham, WA. This position requires a flexible work schedule, generally hours will range between 12pm and 9pm Monday - Friday, with typical hours being 3-9 Monday - Friday. Saturday hours are 8 am - 4pm, but typically closer to 8 - 1 for flag football and baseball. Winter basketball hours run longer on Saturdays, and that is January – March. Must be able to work a flexible schedule due to the different Athletic programs throughout the year.
