What You'll Do
As the Group Fitness Coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of our group programming - supporting instructors, driving engagement, and ensuring every class delivers the signature Crunch experience.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main contact for all group fitness programming at your location.
  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate group fitness instructors and trainers who teach classes.
  • Implement and manage the class schedule to maximize participation and member satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the General Manager and Franchise Operator to align programming with club goals.
  • Ensure smooth coverage for any open classes and maintain accurate sub procedures.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to member questions regarding schedules, classes, and programs.
  • Maintain studios and group fitness equipment to ensure they are "class-ready" every day.
  • Evaluate instructors for safe and effective class techniques, coaching as needed.
  • Track and report class participation metrics (daily, weekly, and monthly).

What You Bring
  • 1+ year of Group Fitness experience (required).
  • 2+ years of Management or Leadership experience (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Passion for fitness and motivating others.
  • Ability to lead with positivity, accountability, and professionalism.
