Case Manager – Criminal Defense Law Firm

Join Our Team as a Criminal Defense Case Manager- SPANISH SPEAKER

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people through difficult situations? We are seeking a motivated Case Manager to join our fast-paced criminal defense law firm. This position plays a critical role in ensuring clients receive exceptional service and support throughout their case.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their cases
  • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status and next steps
  • Gather, organize, and manage case documents and records
  • Schedule appointments, court appearances, and attorney-client meetings
  • Assist attorneys with case preparation and administrative support
  • Coordinate with courts, prosecutors, investigators, and outside agencies
  • Track deadlines and ensure case files remain accurate and up to date
  • Document all client communications in the case management system
  • Provide compassionate support to clients during stressful legal matters

Qualifications

  • Previous legal, case management, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and case management software
  • Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
