Job description

Summary

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this part-time, non-exempt hourly role assists in executing marketing initiatives within the established marketing strategies and budget. 

Essential Functions & Responsibilities 

1. Receive branch requests for supplies, printed materials, and give away items. Respond in a timely manner and coordinate the expedited delivery to the branch. 

2. Field marketing requests from other departments. 

3. Assist Business Development with assembling materials for community events.

4. Support the planning and execution of the annual meeting and community development events.

5. Visits branch locations to deliver materials, capture photos/videos, audit marketing items, branch signage, etc.

6. Coordinate youth club/financial literacy programs.

7. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Certifications

• High School Diploma is required

• Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA in relevant field) preferred.

• 1 years to 3 years of similar or related experience preferred.    

• Experience in Adobe design software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) preferred.

• Proven and exceptional customer service and communication skills. 

• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of products.  

• Proficient with Windows operating system
