Part-Time | Approximately 10 Hours Per Week


We are looking for a creative, organized, and hands-on Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to support our growing jewelry brand. This role is ideal for someone with strong graphic design skills who understands social media, email marketing, branding, and creating engaging visual content.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and update website content 2–3 times per week
  • Create graphics and marketing materials consistent with our brand
  • Draft, design, and send 2–3 email marketing campaigns per week
  • Develop and manage email marketing flows, automations, and audience segmentation
  • Create approximately 2 Reels per week for Instagram and TikTok
  • Photograph and film content for social media; ability to come on-site to capture content is required
  • Conduct 2–4 site visits per month for content creation, photography, video, and marketing needs
  • Edit photos and short-form video content for social media
  • Help maintain a consistent and elevated brand image across website, email, and social media
  • Use AI and other tools to improve efficiency, content creation, and marketing performance
  • Stay current with social media trends, particularly Instagram and TikTok


Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, social media, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok, including Reels, photography, video editing, and current content trends
  • Strong eye for branding, design, typography, and visual consistency
  • Proficiency in:
    • Adobe Photoshop
    • Adobe InDesign
