Player 15 Group is the sports and entertainment company behind the Phoenix Suns (NBA), Phoenix Mercury (WNBA), Valley Suns (G League), and Mortgage Matchup Center.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Phoenix Suns In-arena Host to join
our team. In this high-impact role, you will support all facets of Suns In-game
Promotions for Live Presentation, while playing a key role in broader department initiatives

Your Role on the Team
  • Serve as the primary on-court personality at all home Phoenix Suns preseason, regular season, and playoff home games
  • Host game-related events such as Open Practice, community, fan and sponsor events
  • Ensure all Live Presentation, promotions and activities are explained clearly and accurately to our fans
  • Other duties as assigned

Your Skills and Experience
  • Experience hosting in front of large audiences
  • Have a strong knowledge of the NBA and the Suns Brand
  • Be able to work in a challenging fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and improvisational skills
  • Must be able to follow strict time and adjust when necessary
  • Must demonstrate a strong on-camera presence, professionalism, and ability to work under pressure
  • Must be able to work with all levels of management, staff, fans, etc.
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience
  • Previous NBA experience highly preferred
