Hours--------

Full Time: 36 hours per week, every other weekend rotation.

Day Shift: 5:45am-6:15pm

Night Shift: 5:45pm-6:15am

Base Compensation Range: $37.60/hr-$44.71/hr depending on years of experience

Shift Differentials: $3/hr on weeknights (Mon-Fri), $6/hr on weekend days (Sat/Sun), and $8/hr on weekend nights (Sat/Sun)

Charge Differential: $2/hr

🩺 About the Role:
This position offers a higher level of clinical care than typically found in post-acute or residential settings. Our facility delivers hospital-level services that are comparable to those provided on a medical-surgical unit. Our highly skilled interdisciplinary team is equipped to manage a wide range of complex medical needs, including intravenous therapy, surgical and wound care, tracheostomy management, mobility assistance, and the comprehensive oversight of lines, tubes, and drains.

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a healing environment focused on optimal recovery.

Position Highlights at a Glance:

  • Average Patient Length of Stay: 10-14 days

  • Conditions: Stroke, brain & spinal cord injuries, cardiac, ortho, complex medical, and more

  • Team Approach: Work closely with PT/OT/ST, physicians, case managers, respiratory therapy & more

  • Advanced Care: IVs,trachs, wound care, mobility support, lines, tubes, and drains

  • 12-hour shifts, 3 days/week + rotating weekends/holidays (with added pay)

What You'll Need:

  • RN License (State of TX)

  • BLS required

  • 1+ year of RN experience preferred (Acute care a plus)

  • CRRN preferred
