Responsabilidades Claves
  • Dar la bienvenida y reconocer a todos los huespedes segun los estandares de la empresa, anticipar y satisfacer sus necesidades, y expresar un agradecimiento genuino.
  • Seguir las politicas, procedimientos, reglas internas y estandares del hotel en todas las tareas.
  • Mantenerse informado sobre las operaciones diarias del hotel revisando las hojas de eventos, tablones de anuncios y actualizaciones sobre nuevos procedimientos o eventos.
  • Recoger etiquetas numeradas de los clientes, ubicar y entregar vehiculos, o proporcionar indicaciones para la autogestion de la recogida.
  • Emitir talones de boletos, colocar etiquetas numeradas en los parabrisas o llaves, registrar detalles y proporcionar a los clientes etiquetas coincidentes para la recuperacion de sus vehiculos.
  • Gestionar transacciones en efectivo, equilibrar cajones de dinero, manejar propinas y proporcionar el cambio correcto.
  • Explicar y calcular los cargos de estacionamiento, cobrar tarifas y atender las quejas de los clientes.
  • Estacionar y recuperar automoviles de manera eficiente y segura.
  • Proporcionar informacion como direcciones o asistencia con sillas de ruedas.
  • Configurar y retirar barricadas para controlar las areas de estacionamiento.
  • Seguir todas las politicas de seguridad de la empresa, reportar cualquier accidente o condicion insegura.
  • Completar las capacitaciones requeridas de seguridad.
  • Mantener relaciones positivas con los companeros de trabajo, apoyar los objetivos del equipo.
  • Asegurar que el uniforme y la apariencia personal esten limpios y profesionales, mantener la confidencialidad de la informacion propietaria.
  • Realizar otras tareas razonables segun lo solicitado por los supervisores.
Cualificaciones
  • Orientado al servicio al cliente  
  • Licencia de Conducir vigente.
  • Debe poder correr cuesta arriba y cuesta abajo de manera continua y mantenerse de pie en el puesto durante un periodo prolongado  
  • Debe ser capaz de levantar hasta 60 libras de forma regular y continua, empujar y tirar carros/equipos que pesen hasta 250 libras, doblarse, agacharse, ponerse en cuclillas y estirarse.  
  • Debe ser capaz de soportar temperaturas calientes/humedas mientras realiza tareas fisicas.  
  • Capaz de manejar situaciones dificiles de manera efectiva  
  • Capaz de trabajar de manera rapida y eficiente, especialmente bajo presion.

  • Flexibilidad para trabajar en diversos turnos, incluidos noches, fines de semana y dias festivos.

  • Totalmente bilingue (espanol e ingles).
