Clubhouse- F&B -Receptionist- part time
Responsible for ensuring members/guests receive friendly, attentive, and efficient service in the receptionist/concierge/reservation area. Performs a variety of administrative, reception, and concierge tasks for the clubhouse. Responsible for assisting all members/guests at the clubhouse location.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Greets all residents and directs inquiries to proper party.
  • General office clerical duties as directed by Social/Activities Manager and/or Directors/Front of the House Managers.
  • Assist Social/Activities Manager/Coordinator/Clubhouse Manager with responsibilities during season and to provide coverage for the front desk area.
  • Must project a professional appearance and attitude.
  • Performs as a concierge and assists members/guests with their requests to include; reservations, taking to go orders, transportation arrangements, reciprocal dining, and a variety of other administrative tasks.
  • Expedites incoming calls in a pleasant, positive and professional manner.
  • Assists members with copy and fax machine. Insures member/renter is billed properly for charges which occur from use of office machines.
  • Ability to use all office business machines.
  • Assist with copying and distribution of all club related communications.
  • Proofs and assists in compilation of calendar events and monthly newsletters.
  • Maintain ala carte reservation system in an accurate manner.
  • Answer/receive and book restaurant reservations for dining rooms and reservations for organized events.
  • Responsible for call backs to confirm reservations and proper attire prior to events.
  • Taking and arrange "to go" orders from members.
  • Assist directors/managers with marketing flyers and other signage.
  • Handles member complaints and reports the problem to manager on duty to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Responsible for high standards of cleanliness of assigned areas.
  • Attentive to all member requests and inquiries.
  • Interact with residents in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Report all safety issues to Manager, immediately.
  • Assisting with any setup duties prior to shifts.
  • Adhere to all service standards.
  • Able to lift up/move to 25 lbs required.
  • Keep a clean and workable area at all times.
  • Follow policies and procedures.
  • Punctuality and a good attendance record are expected.
  • Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and speak English.
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, stand and push, pull, move, and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.
