Job description

A Valet Parking Attendant brings a tremendous personality, a genuine desire to work with people, and a commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality. You work closely with the Valet Parking Team to ensure guest satisfaction at all times while upholding McKibbon's standards of service and professionalism.
You play a key role in shaping the guest experience from the moment they arrive. Your day includes:
  • Resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Maintaining full knowledge of essential hotel information, including:
  • Hotel features, services, and hours of operation
  • Room rates, special packages, and promotions
  • Daily house count and expected arrivals/departures
  • Scheduled group activities and events
  • Greeting all guests upon arrival or departure-whether by car, shuttle, or on foot.
  • Assisting with luggage as needed to support a smooth arrival experience.
  • Parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Communicating guest needs or requests to the appropriate departments (e.g., amenities, special accommodations).

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
