Job description

Protects life and property of Mesa View Regional Hospital patients, visitors and staff. Patrols hospital campus and grounds to prevent fire, thefts and vandalism. Secures, unlock and protects hospital buildings. Responds to the security needs of Mesa View Regional Hospital patients, visitors and staff. All other duties as assigned that are within the scope of practice.


Other Duties Include: Performing any duty task that pertains to maintaining the facility and to help any craft that may need assistance. May also function as a non-licensed Patient Sitter to observe patients for any behavior that could indicate potential problems for patient or staff.

High School graduate or equivalent.

BLS required, CPI within 3 months of hire.
