Job Title: Assembly Associate

Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Wausau, WI (on-site)

Shift: 1st Shift

Hours: Employees may choose either: Monday - Thursday: 8:30 am - 2 pm or Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 2 pm.

About the Role:

The Assembly Associate plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by accurately assembling metal components to create high-quality finished products. This position requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure all parts are correctly fitted and meet strict quality standards. The associate will collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to maintain efficient workflow and meet production targets. Safety and adherence to operational procedures are paramount to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment. Responsibilities:
