Job description:
Since 1958, QuickDelivery Service, now a 3rd generation business, has been providing Localpickup and delivery and logistics services to the entire Gulf Coast. Ourlocations are strategically positioned in the key markets of the South EasternRegions.

Schedule:
  • 6-hour shift potential to go to full time
  • Monday to Friday
  • 1100am - 0500pm

Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming phone calls
  • Tech intellect is a must (Microsoft 365)
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Answer Emails
  • Scheduling

Experience
  • Education: high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must Have Tech Intellect
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
