To thrive as a Part Time Home Health Aide, you need a solid understanding of basic patient care, personal hygiene assistance, and often a high school diploma or relevant certification such as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential. Familiarity with electronic documentation systems and basic medical equipment is typically required. Regular check-ins with your manager and colleagues can also help you stay connected and aligned with team goals.
