Cardinal Hospice team. This
Part-Time Home Health Aide role is ideal for individuals looking for flexibility while making a meaningful impact in hospice care. We are needing someone consistently 3 days a week.
The
Part-Time Home Health Aide at Cardinal Hospice provides personal care and supportive services to hospice patients in their homes or care facilities. The
Home Health Aide works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to ensure patients receive the highest quality of comfort-focused care.
Key Responsibilities of the Part-Time Home Health Aide at Cardinal Hospice
- Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
- Support daily living activities while preserving patient dignity and independence
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to the hospice nurse
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment
- Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and families

Qualifications for the Part-Time Home Health Aide Role
