Our Acute Care Unit is a 31 bed inpatient unit specializing in adult acute care & oncology overflow. Nurses on this unit typically manage a 1:6 nurse to patient ratio. This dynamic environment is a great place to start for RN's looking to develop critical care skills and offers nurses the opportunity to strengthen their clinical expertise while delivering compassionate, high quality care.
How you'll contribute
A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:
- Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
