REQUIREMENTS
  • 2+ years of field experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Commercial trade work
  • Experience as a Lead Technician, Foreman, Crew Lead, or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of commercial service operations
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent written communication
  • Ability to read work orders and understand repairs performed
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects

WHAT TO EXPECT AS AN MEP OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
As an MEP Operations Coordinator, you will act as the central connection between the field and the office, ensuring that projects progress smoothly through every stage of completion. Your responsibilities will include reviewing completed work orders and preparing service invoices, tracking active projects, and supporting daily operations. You will coordinate purchasing activities, communicate with vendors, and oversee warranty-related documentation and follow-ups. Additionally, you will assist with estimating tasks and provide administrative support to keep projects organized and customers informed.
