In Home Private Duty Nurse (RN) – 1:1 Home Care


Setting: In-home, one-on-one care

Job Summary

Centria Healthcare is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide 1:1 private duty nursing in patients' homes. You'll deliver skilled, personalized care to pediatric and adult patients in a low-stress, relationship-based setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care)
  • Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs
  • Assist with daily living activities (ADLs)
  • Communicate with families and care teams
  • Maintain safe, high-quality, patient-centered care
Schedule & Pay
  • Full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts available
  • Day, night, and weekend shifts
  • Weekly pay + optional daily pay
