Description

Perform evaluations and treatments as needed while ensuring the highest degree of quality care is maintained.  Write clear, realistic, measurable goals specific to the individual patient needs.  Treat patients with respect, dignity, and privacy.  Motivate patients to participate in therapy treatment.  Use creative therapy interventions specific to the patients’ interests and needs to obtain positive patient outcomes and progress. Participate as an interdisciplinary team member to determine potential patient needs and plan of care.  Accurately complete documentation of qualitative and quantitative data of patient progress within designated time period.  Demonstrate the ability to utilize the computer system effectively, adhering to company policy. 

If applying for an Outpatient position, you must possess an active AHA (American Heart Association) CPR certification.
