Job description
The School of Social Work (https://socialwork.wvu.edu/) at West Virginia University invites applications for Part-time Adjunct Teaching Positions. Areas of need include expertise in policy, HBSE, practice, research, and field courses.
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching in-person or online courses in the School of Social Work's undergraduate and graduate programs.
Applications will be accepted throughout the year and will be considered as openings arise. Salary is established on a per-course basis.
Qualifications
These positions require a CSWE-accredited master's degree in social work or a doctoral degree in social work or a closely related discipline, along with evidence of effective teaching at the undergraduate or graduate level. Generally, individuals with a doctoral degree are eligible to teach graduate or undergraduate courses; individuals with a master's degree are eligible to teach undergraduate courses.
