Part-Time Event Marketing Rep — Kitchen & Bath Remodeling

Kitchen Tune-Up & Bath Tune-Up Bloomfield | Essex, Morris & Passaic Counties, NJ | Part-Time / On-Call | Hourly + Per-Lead Bonuses
We're looking for outgoing, confident, people-focused Event Marketing Reps to represent Kitchen Tune-Up and Bath Tune-Up at supermarkets, hardware stores, community events, home shows, and local venues. Your role is simple and high-impact: talk to homeowners, introduce our services, collect their information, and help schedule free in-home consultations.
You are often the very first person someone meets from our business — your presence matters.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Event Setup & Booth Management:

  • Set up and break down booth displays — table, signage, banners, brochures, samples
  • Keep the booth visually attractive, organized, and fully stocked throughout the event
  • Arrive early, manage the space independently, and maintain a professional setup from open to close
Lead Generation & Engagement:
  • Engage with local homeowners at events and retail locations
  • Speak confidently about our kitchen and bathroom remodeling services
  • Collect contact information from qualified prospects
  • Communicate promotions and consultation offers
  • Track lead information accurately and submit into our system same day
  • Follow talking points and scripts for consistent messaging
WHAT QUALIFIES AS A LEAD
A valid lead is someone who:
  • Owns their home
  • Lives within our service area (Essex, Morris, or Passaic County)
  • Has interest in kitchen or bath remodeling
  • Is willing to be contacted for a consultation
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
  • 15–20 qualified leads per event
  • Booth is set up on time and runs smoothly without supervision
  • High energy — you start conversations, not wait for them
  • Lead info is accurate and submitted same day
  • Reliable and punctual for every scheduled shift
WHAT YOU NEED
  • Outgoing personality that enjoys talking to people
  • Comfortable approaching strangers and starting conversations
  • Reliable transportation to event locations
  • Ability to lift booth materials (up to 30 lbs) and stand for 3–5 hours
  • Weekend and occasional evening availability
  • Smartphone for lead entry
No home improvement experience required — training and scripts provided.
COMPENSATION
  • Competitive hourly rate + per-lead bonus incentives
  • Paid training before your first event
  • Mileage reimbursement for events outside Bloomfield
WHY WORK WITH US
  • Flexible schedule — pick up shifts that fit your availability
  • Fun, high-energy environment
  • Direct impact on company growth
  • Great for students, hospitality workers, and part-time earners
  • Supportive team with training and materials provided

Ready to be the face of a growing brand? Apply today.
$18–$22/hour base + per-lead bonus ($3–$5 per qualified lead).
A strong rep earning 15–20 leads per event takes home $25–$30+/hour effective. Training provided.
