Part-Time Handyman / Safety InspectorEmployment Type: Part-Time
Pay: $60 per inspection
Pay Schedule: Monthly — payments issued on the 15th of each month
Job Location: Multiple AAA properties (assigned based on proximity)
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, experienced Part-Time Handyman / Safety Inspector to conduct monthly safety inspections at AAA properties and complete maintenance work as needed. Training will be provided. MUST have a SMART PHONE 

Job Duties & Responsibilities
·         Perform safety inspections at assigned properties once per month
·         Complete each inspection in under one hour
·         Identify and report safety or maintenance issues through our Connect team portal
·         Perform maintenance or repairs as needed
·         Communicate findings and follow-up needs clearly to Connect Teams

Additional Work
Any required work orders or repairs outside of inspections will be discussed and paid separately based on job size and scope.
Qualifications
·         Prior handyman, maintenance, or related experience
·         Ability to work independently
·         Strong attention to detail
·         Reliable transportation
Training
Training will be provided on inspection requirements and procedures.
