Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Guest Services/Visitor Experience Specialist to join our team. Looking for both Full and Part-time Staff. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the safety and security of the premises. This role requires a blend of hospitality skills and security awareness, making it essential for candidates to possess strong conflict management abilities and relevant experience in security or law enforcement.

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests, utilizing conflict management skills when necessary.
  • Maintain a secure environment by enforcing policies and procedures related to loss prevention.
  • Offer emergency / first-aid assistance and ensure proper reporting of incidents.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement as needed.
  • Assist in training new front desk staff on protocols and emergency procedures.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
  • Background in hotel/hospitality services, food and beverage, dining and restaurant services is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and conflict management techniques is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
